iPod’s Dirty Secret

Don’t bother with: iPod’s Dirty Secret. It’s a quicktime movie documenting the efforts of a very unsatisfied iPod owner.

So, Apple charges $255 to replace a dead battery after warranty? Not smart. If people are paying $300 for device like the iPod they deserve more than that.

Just wanted to add that these guys have refused to put links to Apple’s iPod Service Page which now informs customers of the new battery replacement service for $105.95. I’ve removed the link to their site because at this point they are not updating people with correct information.
