Mozilla Firebird

Wow. Thanks to a story at On the Verge I downloaded the most up to date version of Mozilla’s Firebird browser. You can find it at: mozilla.org After you download it and start it up make sure you download the pinstripe theme! After you install the theme you’ll have to restart Firebird to see it… very nice. You might also want to go to Mac Update and get Safari Bookmark Exporter which quickly and easily exports your Safari bookmarks into a format Firebird can use.

On my computer this is the first browser to seem faster than Safari. I’ve been using Safari as my default since it’s release. As of today I’m using Firebird. I’m not sure if I’ll stick with it but it will do for a while.
