WASHINGTON, Sept. 24 The United States maintained its dominance in the international arms market last year, especially in sales to developing nations, according to a new Congressional report.

The U.S. is a monster in the business of creating more monsters. Unfortunately it seems that many, if not most, Americans don't know or care about the conduct of their country. Government and capital do what they want, citizens are along for the ride. Many millions protest but more do not.
