Here's another, slightly better, shot of last night's eclipse. I tweaked this one just a bit to bring out the details. The stars visible in the scope (not photo) right to the edge of the moon offer up amazing perspective and sense of dimension. This kind of event is the only time we get to see such a large, normally bright object, in such a way as to also see distant space objects in close visual proximity. A real treat!
